What if my Geek is requesting payment for incorrect hours or reimbursement for an On Demand project?

SWAG does not facilitate payment between Client and Geek. If a Geek invoice or payment request for an On Demand project seems inaccurate, we suggest you ask the Geek to explain the cost in detail. If this does not resolve the issue, pay the Geek what you believe is due and contact SWAG to report the behavior. Please rate the Geek accordingly. We will investigate further on your behalf.
